The Exodus Foundation each year distributes over 30,000 meals to the homeless and hungry people, offers free health and medical care either in its clinic or by the medical van, offers welfare support, emergency housing help, mental health support, pastoral care, food parcels and showers, organises community events such as social activities, BBQs, open library and church services.
Under the initiative of Rev Bill Crews, the foundation provides direct assistance to address the cause and effect of homelessness, poverty and disadvantage. This is achieved through caring services including food provision, social welfare and educational support.
